Sara graduated from Yale-NUS College with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences. Her primary interest is in cancer genomics and bioinformatics, specifically using computational tools to make sense of large and complex biological datasets. She is currently working as a computational biology research assistant and hopes to do a PhD someday in the near future. In her free time, Sara enjoys running, reading, and cooking Persian dishes. Through BCS, Sara hopes to be more active in the Biotech industry and help create more opportunities for fellow Life Science majors in Singapore.

Biotech Connection Singapore (BCS) is part of an international network of non-profit organizations, that aims to promote the transfer of ideas from theory to real world applications by providing a platform for fostering interaction between academia, industry and businesses.
