Min received her B.S.c from Nankai University, Tianjin, China with a major in biological sciences. She then started her PhD training in NUS focusing on using materiomics approach to solve certain tissue engineering application needs. Having started exploring biotech industry since undergraduate, she is passionate about how to translate biomedical research into life-impacting products and bridge healthcare needs with solutions. Working under a multi-disciplinary team, she is well trained to work with professionals from different backgrounds and forge discussions. Outside work, she loves dancing, music, sports and Spanish.

Biotech Connection Singapore (BCS) is part of an international network of non-profit organizations, that aims to promote the transfer of ideas from theory to real world applications by providing a platform for fostering interaction between academia, industry and businesses.
