Johnathan Ng completed his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University. He worked on strategy and business development at a biotech startup, EpiBone, which spun out of his PhD lab. EpiBone uses stem cells and 3D design to grow personalized living grafts for skeletal reconstructions and have recently submitted an IND application and expect to begin clinical trials in 2018. Through this experience, Johnathan has familiarized himself with early stage biotechnology investments, strategic partnerships and preclinical development of biotechnology products. Johnathan is currently the Scientific Project Manager at EBC and is involved in antibody discover and development, identification of translation gaps and marketing EBC’s capabilities in addressing those gaps, and managing due diligence processes while working with multiple stakeholders. Johnathan is passionate about biotechnology entrepreneurship and investments
