Agilent Technologies opens $6 million training center in Singapore focused on Analytical Laboratory Skills


Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) opened its very first training facility in Asia at Yishun, Singapore. The 10,000-square-foot training facility, named Agilent University includes three state-of-the-art laboratories and was built at a cost of $6 million. It will offer more than 200 technology courses such as Mass spectroscopy (MS), Gas chromatography (GC), Liquid chromatography (LC) among others. It will offer training primarily for Agilent customers and field support engineers apart from general public from the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
